Who we are
bulkcard (“we”, “us”) is an Australian software service that identifies Pokémon trading cards from photographs and produces eBay-ready CSVs for bulk listing. These terms apply to your use of the service at bulkcard.app and any related tools we make available.
Accounts
You need an account to use the paid tiers. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything that happens on your account. Tell us at hello@bulkcard.app if you think someone else has accessed it.
What you can do with the service
- Upload photos of Pokémon cards you personally own or have permission to sell.
- Download the identification results and CSV output for use in your own eBay listings.
- Cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing.
What you can’t do
- Upload photos of cards you don’t own or have the right to list.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service’s output as your own product.
- Try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate around our documented API.
- Use the service in a way that violates Australian law or eBay’s own policies.
Scan quotas
Each paid tier includes a monthly scan allowance shown on /pricing. Unused scans roll over up to one month. Going over the allowance without upgrading pauses new identification until the next billing cycle or a plan change.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party dependencies (Anthropic, eBay, Stripe, Supabase) occasionally have outages that affect us too. We’ll credit prorated scans back to your account if a service-wide outage exceeds 24 hours in a billing cycle.
Card identification is a suggestion, not a guarantee
bulkcard identifies cards using computer vision and catalog matching. We target high accuracy but the output is a suggestion — you’re expected to review each card before publishing to eBay. We’re not liable for listings you publish based on incorrect identifications.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change we’ll email registered users at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
