The money questions, answered.
What counts as a "scan"?+
One Claude-vision identification = one scan. Failed identifications and cards you drop from the review grid before publishing don't count against your monthly limit.
What if I go over the limit?+
We pause new scans for the rest of the cycle and prompt you to upgrade or wait. Nothing gets charged automatically without your say-so.
Can I switch tiers any time?+
Yes — both upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Stripe prorates the unused portion of your old tier as a credit on your account and applies it to your next invoice. Your billing cycle also resets to the day you switch.
Do you offer annual pricing?+
Yes — every paid tier has a monthly and an annual plan. Annual is roughly 10% cheaper per month and is the default view above.
What if I need more than 5,000 scans / month?+
