A batch is one box of cards. You upload the photos, check what we matched, then list the cards on eBay or download a CSV.
Upload the photos
- Click New batch. Pick the game and click Continue.
- Drop in your photos.
- Choose the card language. We only match against that language’s catalogue, so upload each language as its own batch.
- Under What are you uploading?, choose Raw — front + back (recommended), Raw — one photo, Graded slabs or Multi-Variation Listing. Then click Continue.
- Check the front and back pairs, and give the batch a name in Batch name / SKU.
- Click Upload & identify. Keep the screen open until every photo is up.
Review the matches
Each card gets a status. Ready cards can be published. Cards marked Review need you to check the match.
- Compare the number printed on your card with the match. A line like “Card reads #12, match is #112” means it’s a different print.
- If the match is wrong, pick the right card from the suggestions under it, or click Search manually and search by name and number. Your pick applies straight away.
- When the match is right, click Verify match. To do several at once, tick them and click Verify selected.
- Check the condition, variant and price on each row. Tick any card you don’t want to list and click Skip selected.
Publish
- Click Publish to eBay. Direct publishing is on paid plans.
- If the screen lists anything under Fix these before publishing, use the button next to it.
- Click Publish … listings now. The number on the button is how many cards are Ready.
- On any plan, you can click Download CSV instead and upload the file in eBay Seller Hub.
